简介

Atom 是一个免费、开源、跨平台的文本编辑器，由 GitHub 开发．它是用 JavaScript 编写的，并且采用 Electron 架构．它的一个较大缺点就是性能差．

Warning

在 2022 年 6 月 8 日，Github 宣布将放弃 Atom 编辑器，并于 2022 年 12 月 15 日对 Atom 编辑器存档． 如果你仍然喜欢 Atom 的界面，可以使用 Pulsar 作为替代品，它的用户界面与 Atom 基本相似，目标是让他们最喜欢的编辑器保持活力 "keep their favorite editor alive"¹．
